1. How do I schedule an inspection?

Call the automated system (970) 668-5959.

2. When will the inspectors come?

The day it is scheduled. Call by 7am the day you want the inspection.

3. Can I request a time for the inspection?

AM and PM requests are allowed for concrete inspections. Remember that these are just requests, as our inspectors travel through the entire county, performing up to 30 inspections daily.

4. What paper work do I need for an inspection?

The building department approved plans, notes, addendums, and the signoff card. Also, make sure your premises ID is visible from the road.

5. Will my inspector call me prior to the inspection?

Yes, leave a number on the automated system.
