Summit County Clerk & Recorder Kathleen Neel

Kathleen (Ahern) Neel moved to Breckenridge in 1963. She worked in the Clerk and Recorder's Office for the summer, after graduating from High School, before attending Fort Lewis College in Durango. Kathleen returned to work in the Clerk and Recorder's Office in 1995 and was appointed Chief Deputy Clerk in 1997. In 2004 the duties of Election Administrator were added to her other responsibilities. She was appointed Clerk and Recorder November 2, 2009
