REQUEST FOR CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Lake Dillon Fire Protection District, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, is soliciting Qualifications from firms to serve as the Construction Manager/General Contractor in connection with construction of a Multi-Jurisdictional Emergency Services Administration Building located in the Summit County Commons Campus. This is a Guaranteed Maximum Price public works project.
The Project site is a vacant parcel located just north of the existing Summit County Maintenance Building which is southeast of the intersection of Peak One Blvd. and County Shops Rd. in Frisco, CO 80443. The new Multi-Jurisdictional Emergency Services Administration Building will be approximately 12,000 sqft. The project will consist of site development, all off-site utility tie-ins, two-story building with basement, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, all AV, IT, security and communication systems. The construction budget is estimated to be approximately $3.7M.

A Prequalification Submittal Meeting will be held on January 3, 2018, starting at 9:30 a.m. in the Loveland Room, located at the Summit County Community and Senior Center, 0083 Nancy’s Place, Frisco, CO 80443. Attendance is mandatory for contractor’s qualifications to be considered.
Proposals must be received electronically before 6:00 p.m. (MST) on January 15, 2018. Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be considered.
