Real Property Value Information
2011 is a reappraisal year and property owners were notified of the new values on May 1, 2011. The Assessor has used the data collection period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2010 to determine 2011 values.
New for the 2011 Reappraisal
In an effort to reduce the cost of processing, printing and postage, a consortium of Colorado Assessors have opted to send a postcard Notice of Valuation in place of the long notice you have received in the past. The long notice is available on our website and may include a listing of property characteristics or comparable sales relevant to value, as well as further details about the appeal process.
