Summit County 4-H Enrollment

Summit County 4-H enrollment for 2016-17 starts Oct. 24, 2016. All returning 4-H members and leaders must re-enroll each year. The $45 4-H enrollment fee helps pay for club supplies, insurance, state 4-H fees, leader recognition and awards.

4-H Online Enrollment

All youth members and volunteer leaders must enroll online via 4-H Online. Get more information about enrolling online. Please note that 4-H Online works best using the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera or Internet Explorer 11.

When enrolling, you do not need to complete the “Health Form,” as this is for overnight programs only. If you do not see your child’s project listed when enrolling, just select “Self-Determined.”

Once you have enrolled online with the state program, let the local 4-H office know by emailing Kathie.Kralik@SummitCountyCO.gov. Mail a check or money order for $45, made out to Summit County 4-H to:
