Currently, there are three ways to bond an inmate out of the Summit County Detentions facility. These include: cash, GovPayNet and the use of a bondsman. There are several bondsmen agents’ names and numbers listed at the facility, as well in local yellow pages listings, if this is the avenue you choose to use.

GovPayNet has a transaction fee of 7% of the total amount of the bond.
Court Dates and Bond Fees
Court dates for housed inmates may be obtained by calling the Summit County Courts at (970) 453-2272 or by contacting the Summit County Detentions Facility at (970) 453-2232, extension 1. Bond fees may also be obtained by calling the Summit County Detentions facility.
