Emergency Exercise June 17

Summit County Public Health needs volunteers for an emergency exercise on Saturday morning, June 17. Find out how you can help us stay prepared for a public health emergency.
The health department also responsible for:
  • Implementing policies or programs and provide health information to the public in order to prevent and mitigate public health emergencies in all hazards preparedness.
  • Responding to the health and medical needs of the public generated by a disease outbreak in Summit County.
  • Providing technical expertise and assistance to other first responders during other types of disasters in Summit County.
